This sushi-grade Albacore Tuna arrives frozen, raw and uncooked. To defrost, cut the corner of bag to release the vacuum seal. Place bag in refrigerator on a plate or bowl to allow Albacore Tuna to slowly defrost overnight. If quicker defrost time is necessary, cut corner of bag to release vacuum seal and place bag in a bowl of cool water with the cut corner of the bag up and out of the water for 20-45 minutes. Once defrosted, Albacore Tuna can simply be coated with olive oil, salt and peppered to taste, and then grilled or seared. Keep frozen until use.
